摘　　要：从不同级别的硬件建设和人员管理水平入手,建立全方位多层次的科研仪器管理体系。通过不同手段的监管和对学生严格的培训,使得整个管理体系在耗费人力物力尽可能少的情况下,最大发挥科研仪器的测试能力。使得仪器管理人员成为真正意义上的管理者。Comefrom different levels of hardware construction and management personnel,Establishing omnidirectional and multi-level research equipment management system.Through different means of regulation and strict training to students,make the whole management system in cost as little as possible under the condition of manpower,the largest scientific instruments test ability into full play.To makes equipment management in the true sense of managers.
