基于透明质酸基质油茶油软膏的制备及其效果研究

摘　　要：[目的]筛选基于透明质酸基质油茶油软膏的配方,并观察其伤口愈合效果。方法]以正交设计法筛选出软膏最佳配比,并通过眼刺激实验、愈伤性实验观察其毒副作用及伤口愈合效果。[结果]透明质酸0.5g、油茶油15g、PEG-40氢化蓖麻油0.7g、卡波姆2g、蒸馏水81.7g、NaOH极少量可作为软膏的配方,通过动物实验得到无毒、无刺激性软膏,对伤口愈合有一定功效。[结论]上述配方所制备的基于透明质酸基质油茶油软膏性质稳定,可有效促进伤口愈合,为油茶油的开发提供科学依据。[Objective]The formula of oil tea ointment based on hyaluronic acid matrix was screened,and observe the wound healing effect.[method] the optimal ratio of ointment was selected by orthogonal design method,and the effect of toxicity and wound healing was observed by eye irritation test.[results] hyaluronic acid 0.5g,camellia oil 15g,PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil 0.7g,card 2g Bohm,distilled water 81.7g,NaOH very little can be as a paste formulation.Through animal experiments to be non-toxic,non irritating ointment,the wound healing has a certain effect.[Conclusion] the preparation of the above formula based on hyaluronic acid matrix oil ointment is stable,can effectively promote wound healing,and provides a scientific basis for the development of camellia oil.
