摘　　要：中国的教育体系由普通教育、职业教育和成人教育组成。我国目前正加大对职业教育的投入。随着国家教育部不断加大对地方中等职业院校的投入和扶持,国发[2005]35号文件《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》的颁发,地方中等职业院校迎来了发展的春天。高校工作以教学为中心,教学秘书在教学管理中起着举足轻重的作用,本文结合自己从事院系教学秘书的工作实践和管理经验,对院系秘书工作职责和创新工作方法进行了初步认识和探讨。China's education system is composed of general education,vocational education and adult education.Our country is increasing investment in vocational education.With the increasing of national ministry of education of input and support of local secondary vocational colleges,the country is sent [2005] no.35 file ”decision on vigorously develop vocational education under the state council”issued,the development of secondary vocational school in the spring.Work to teaching as the center,teaching secretary plays an important role in teaching management,based on his work in the college teaching secretary's practice and experience of management,the department secretary job responsibility and innovation method has carried on the preliminary understanding and discussion.
