摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的发展和本科教育的大众化,研究生人数成倍增长。由此,不仅要求农林院校研究生专业知识、技能和科研能力过硬,对其人文素质水平也提出更高标准。北京农学院第三次党代会提出"培养具有科学素养、创新精神、大爱情怀、担当意识的应用型复合型现代农林人才"要求。对本校研究生人文素质教育情况进行调查,现实情况与学校培育应用型复合型现代农林人才期望有一定差距。就此对本校研究生人文素质教育存在的问题进行分析,提出建议,并探索适合本校研究生人文素质教育的培养模式。With the development of the socialist market economy and the popularization of undergraduate education,the number of graduate students has increased exponentially.As a result,not only the requirements of professional knowledge,skills and scientific research ability of graduate students in agricultural and forestry colleges and universities,but also put forward higher standards for their humanistic quality. According to The third party congress of Beijing University of Agricultureabout "culture with scientific literacy,innovative spirit,love bosom,sense of play application type composite type modern agriculture and forestry talents",to investigate the situation of humanistic quality education of the graduate students in our university.The reality and the school culture and Compound modern a griculture and forestry personnel deviate from expectations.We put forward some suggestions on the problems of humanistic quality education of the graduate students in our university,and explore suitable for the school graduate training mode of humanistic quality education.
