摘　　要：本文主要分析电力经济管理人才的社会需求,在此基础上提出创新人才培养理念,论述电力经济管理复合型人才能力结构,构建出"一种理念、两种环境、三个课堂、四种管理"的电力经济管理复合型人才培养体系,并以华北电力大学为例,详细阐述人才培养的特色内容,为特殊型高校创新性人才的培养提供参考样本,具有现实意义。This paper analyses power economic management talent needs of the community,and proposes innovative talent training philosophy. It also discusses the electricity economic management compound type talent structure,and constructs the talent cultivation system of "a concept,two circumstances,three classrooms,four managements".It takes North China Electric Power University as an example to elaborate the characteristics of talent training. It has a practical significance to provide the reference for the cultivation of innovative talents in special universities.
