摘　　要：党员是党的肌体的细胞和党的活动的主体,党员队伍建设是党的建设基础工程。抓好入党积极分子的培养教育是发展党员工作的基础,是提高党员队伍质量的保证。因此,在大学生中发展党员工作的着力点应放在对积极分子的培养教育上。本文根据这一思想,围绕吸纳优秀人才壮大积极分子队伍、在培养教育中提高入党积极分子综合素质、建立健全保障机制并严格考察重点发展对象三个方面进行了探索。Party member is the cell of Party body and is the main part of Party activities. Construction of Party member team is the foundation of Party construction. Focusing on education and training for the activists of Party application is the foundation to develop Party members,is the insurance to improve the quality of the Party. Thus the emphasis should be put on education and training for the activists of Party application,in order to develop Party members in the university. Based on this idea,this thesis explores and practices from the following three aspects:absorb talented people to make the activist team stronger,improve the quality of activists by education and training,develop effective mechanism to select the potential members of the Party.
