摘　　要：基于对城市国土空间概念特征的梳理和对国土空间利用、国土空间利用质量的剖析,将城市国土空间利用质量的内涵界定为:城市边界划定范围内国土空间的利用过程,以及由此形成的特定利用结果,包括利用结构、功能、布局、强度等,对城市社会和谐、经济发展与生态保护目标的支撑能力。新型城镇化的时代背景下,城市国土空间利用质量的评价标准应涵盖统筹协调、集约高效、生态文明、安全宜居、传承共享等五大方面。Through straightening out the concept and features of urban land and space, as well as analyzing both national land space use andutilization quality, the connotation of the quality of urban land and space use is defined as: the supporting capacity that the utilization processof land space within the scope of city boundary delimitation, and its specific using results including structure, function, layout, intensity hasprovided for realizing the goal of the city social harmony, economic development and ecological protection. Under the background of newtypeurbanization, we should cover the range of overall coordination, intensive and high efficiency, ecological civilization, safe and livableurban neighborhoods, inheritance and sharing in setting up the evaluating standard of the quality of urban land and space use.
