摘  要:利用造孔剂厌氧污泥、锯末和兰炭末分别制备烧结保温材料,对比三种制品的性能。首先对原料的物理化学性能进行分析研究,结果表明,重庆地区的页岩适宜作为制备墙体材料的掺配料,最佳烧成温度为950℃;厌氧污泥、锯末和兰炭末均具有高发热量和高烧失量等特点;其次,将三种不同的造孔剂按一定的比例与页岩混合、成型、烧结,检测制品的显气孔率、体积密度和抗压强度。结果表明,适当的造孔剂的掺入量,以兰炭末为造孔剂的制品综合性能为最优。In this paper, fired insulation materials are respectively prepared by the pore-forming agents, anaerobic sludge, sawdust and blue charcoal powder, and then it takes a comparison analysis between three kinds of products.First, the physical and chemical properties of materials are analyzed, the results show that Chongqing shale is suitable as ingredients for preparing doped wall materials, and the optimum firing temperature is 950℃; Anaerobic sludge, sawdust and blue charcoal powder are characterized by high heat and high fever loss. Second, three different pore-forming agents and shale mixed, formed and fired by a certain percentage separately, then take detection to apparent porosity, volume density and compressive strength of the products. The results show that, in accordance with incorporation of the pore-forming agents, the comprehensive performances of products with blue charcoal powder as the pore-forming agent are the best.
