摘　　要：目的:不孕症发病率高,病因复杂,病理机制尚不明确,治疗较困难。其中因子宫内膜异位导致不孕症占有很大比例。随着现代医疗技术的提高,治疗方法较以前有了很大变化,目前尤其在分子生物学和基因学等治疗、研究上很热,有待做进一步研究。本文就子宫内膜异位导致不孕症的治疗最新进展做一综述。The incidence of infertility is high;the etiology is complex;the pathological mechanism is not clear;the treatment ismore difficult.Infertility due to endometriosis has a large proportion.With the improvement of modern medical technology,thetreatment method has been greatly changed than before.At present,especially in the study of molecular biology and gene therapy isvery popular,which needs further research.This article reviews the recent progress in the treatment of infertility due toendometriosis.
