摘　　要：目的:探讨增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者结膜囊需氧菌培养及药物敏感性。方法:收治增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者140例,所有患者均在入院当天行结膜囊需氧菌培养。结果:140例患者总计培养出需氧菌62株,阳性率44.28%。革兰阳性球菌对万古霉素、利福平、庆大霉素等药物敏感,革兰阴性球菌对庆大霉素、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星敏感。结论:针对增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者的治疗应首先行结膜囊需氧菌培养,观察其对药物的敏感性,进行手术治疗前可给予敏感药物抗生素眼药水,有效降低感染率。Objective: To investigate the bacterial culture and drug sensitivity of conjunctival sac in patients with proliferativediabetic retinopathy.Methods:140 patients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected,and all of the patients werecultured on the day of admission.Results:In 140 patients,62 strains of aerobic bacteria were cultured,and the positive rate was44.28% .Gram positive cocci were sensitive to vancomycin,rifampin,gentamycin and drug sensitivity,gram negative cocci togentamicin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin sensitive.Conclusion:For the treatment of proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients should firstconjunctival aerobic bacteria culture,to observe its sensitivity to drugs,give drug sensitive antibiotic eye drops before surgery,reduce the infection rate effectively.
