摘　　要：目的:观察布地奈德雾化吸入治疗老年哮喘患者的疗效,分析对血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)和γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的影响。方法:收治老年哮喘患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效,测定治疗前后IL-2、IL-5、IFN-γ水平。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-2、IL-5、IFN-γ水平改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德雾化吸入治疗老年哮喘效果显著,能够有效改善患者IL-2、IL-5、IFN-γ水平,调节Th1和Th2平衡。Objective:To observe the curative effect of budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of elderly asthma patients,and to analyze the effect on the serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-5(IL-5) and γ-interferon(IFN-γ).Methods:80 cases ofelderly asthma patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 40 casesin each.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation treatment.The clinical curative effects of two groups were observed,IL-2,IL-5,IFN-γ level were determined before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Aftertreatment,the improvement of IL-2,IL-5 and IFN-γ in the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of elderly asthma patients has a significant effect.It can effectivelyimprove the IL-2,IL-5,IFN-γ level of patients,regulate Th1 and Th2 balance.
