摘　　要：目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗肾功能不全患者冠心病的效果。方法:收治肾功能不全合并冠心病患者100例,随机分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上联合瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗。结果:100例患者治疗后评价结果可喜,同时,在治疗后,患者的诊断指标结果优良。结论:瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗肾功能不全合并冠心病疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium in the treatment of coronary heart disease in patients withrenal insufficiency.Methods:100 patients with renal insufficiency complicated with coronary heart disease were selected.Theywere randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated withthe routine treatment.The study group were given the atorvastatin calcium treatment on the basis of the control group.Results:Theevaluation of the results of 100 patients after the treatment are gratifying,at the same time,after the treatment,the patient'sdiagnosis index results are excellent.Conclusion:The effect of the treatment of renal insufficiency with coronary heart disease issignificant.
