摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠期尿酮体阳性急性荨麻疹患者的治疗。方法:收治妊娠期尿酮体阳性急性荨麻疹患者31例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:28例治疗效果良好,3例转上级医院治疗。结论:常规抗过敏治疗基础上,加用对症支持治疗,能有效提高妊娠期尿酮体阳性急性荨麻疹患者的治疗效果。Objective:To explore the treatment of acute urticaria in patients with pregnancy and positive urine ketone.Methods:31patients with acute urticaria and pregnancy and positive urine ketone were selected.The clinical data were retrospectivelyanalyzed.Results:The treatment effect of 28 cases was good.3 cases transferred to the superior hospital.Conclusion:On the basis ofconventional anti allergy treatment,using symptomatic supportive treatment can effectively improve the treatment effect of acuteurticaria in patients with pregnancy and positive urine ketone.
