半夏白术天麻汤对高血压合并阵发性心房纤颤痰湿壅盛型患者的干预

摘　　要：目的:探讨半夏白术天麻汤对高血压合并阵发性心房纤颤痰湿壅盛型患者的干预作用。方法:治疗组口服厄贝沙坦与半夏白术天麻汤,对照组单纯口服厄贝沙坦,疗程3个月,另选同期健康体检无异常组20例为正常组。结果:治疗组和对照组其hs-CRP、LADd明显高于正常组(P<0.01);且在治疗3个月之后较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),治疗组更显著,窦性心律的维持率高于对照组。结论:厄贝沙坦抑制PAF的途径之一可能是抑制炎性反应,半夏白术天麻汤加厄贝沙坦能更好地维持高血压合并阵发性心房纤颤痰湿壅盛型患者的窦性心律。Objective:To investigate the intervention effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction on the phlegm dampness type ofpatients with hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.Methods:The treatment group was treated withirbesartan and Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction,and the control group was treated with irbesartan only.They were treated for 3months,and we selected the 20 cases health examination without abnormal at the same period as the normal group.Results:Thehs-CRP,LADd of the treatment group and control group were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P<0.01),and in3 months after the treatment than before the treatment were significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group was moresignificant,the sinus rhythm maintenance rate was higher than the control group.Conclusion:One of the ways of irbesartan toinhibit PAF may inhibit the inflammatory reaction.Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with irbesartan can better maintainthe sinus rhythm of the phlegm dampness type of patients with hypertension complicated with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
