摘　　要：目的:探讨经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗泌尿系结石的护理方法。方法:收治泌尿系结石患者116例,随机分为对照组和观察组各58例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予护理干预。结果:观察组的治疗效果、治疗安全性、患者满意程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在经皮肾镜气压弹道联合超声碎石术治疗泌尿系结石时,围手术期的护理干预有着非常高的应用价值。Objective:To explore the nursing method of percutaneous nephroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy combined with ultrasoniclithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi.Methods:116 patients with urinary calculi were selected.They were randomly dividedinto the control group and the observation group with 58 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing.Theobservation group was given nursing intervention.Results:The treatment effect,safety and satisfaction degree of the observationgroup were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The percutaneous nephroscopy pneumaticlithotripsy combined with ultrasonic lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi,the perioperative nursing intervention has a veryhigh application value.
