胰十二指肠切除术20例的围手术期护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰腺癌行胰头十二指肠切除术的围手术期护理措施和护理效果。方法:收治胰腺癌患者20例,分两组,各10例,对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用综合护理干预,观察两组护理的效果。结果:两组都没有出现围手术期死亡事件,观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于行胰头十二指肠切除术的胰腺癌患者加强围手术期护理,在常规护理的基础上采用综合护理干预效果显著。Objective:To investigate the perioperative nursing measures and nursing effect of patients with pancreatic cancer.Methods:20 patients with pancreatic cancer were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of the 10 cases.The controlgroup was given routine nursing.The observation group on the basis of routine care with comprehensive nursing intervention.Weobserved the effect of the two groups of nursing.Results:There were no perioperative deaths in the two groups, and the incidence ofpostoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing interventionis effective for the patients with pancreatic cancer in the early stage of pancreatic head and duodenum resection to strengthen theperioperative nursing.
