摘　　要：目的:探讨个体化护理量表的使用及可行性。方法:收治住院患者606例,采用ICS量表,分析其使用及可行性。结果:因素分析的适合指标表明ICSA单维度及ICSB具有良好的拟合特性。内部一致度ICSA为0.95,ICSB为0.93。由Smoliner量表和ICSA及ICSB之间的显著关系建立同时效度。结论:ICS在实际工作中是有效且可行的。Objective:To explore the use and feasibility of individual nursing scale.Methods:606 hospitalized patients wereselected,and the ICS scale was used.We analyzed the use and feasibility.Results:The fit index of factor analysis showed that ICSAsingle dimension and ICSB has good fitting characteristics.The internal consistency of ICSA was 0.95;ICSB was 0.93.Concurrentvalidity was established with the significant relationship between Smoliner scale and ICSA and ICSB.Conclusion:ICS was effectiveand feasible in practical work.
