文化强国建设下《武术段位制推广十年规划》的意义

摘　　要：经济全球化时代,文化同质化现象令人担忧,使文化建设成为维护民族文化安全与认同的重要保障。武术作为中华民族优秀的传统文化在文化全球化趋势中广受推崇,已经成为代表中华民族的文化符号。但是由于其门派繁多、体系复杂,也造成了传播混乱的一些问题,而不利于武术文化的全球化发展和文化强国建设。在这种背景下,《武术段位制推广十年规划》的颁发将有利于这一问题的解决,对于武术文化的全球化发展与文化强国建设具有积极意义。In the age of economic globalization, phenomenon of cultural homogenization is worried, and cultural construction has become an important guarantee for safeguarding national security and cultural identity. Wushu, as the ine Chinese traditional culture,in the cultural trend of globalization, is widely respected, and has become the representative of Chinese cultural symbols. But its many sects and complicated system caused some problems in spreading, which do harm to the globalization development of Wushu Culture and the cultural power construction. In this context, " The Ten-Year Plan to Promote Wushu Duan System," helps to solve these problems, has a positive meaning to the globalization development of Wushu culture and the cultural power construction.
