摘　　要：随着国民经济的快速发展,我国暴力犯罪案件不断增加。人民警察是武装性质的国家治安行政力量和刑事司法力量,承担依法预防、制止和惩治违法犯罪活动,保护人民,服务经济社会发展,维护国家安全,维护社会治安秩序的职责。With the rapid development of national economy, China has an increasing violent crime. People's armed police has the nature of the state power of public security administration and criminal judicial power, and takes the preventing and punishing illegal and criminal activities in accordance with the law, protects the people, serves economic and social development, safeguards state security,maintains public order in social responsibility.
