摘　　要：从运动训练学视角,把职业岗位按劳动(运动)属性聚合成群分类教育,是破解当前职业技术院校体育课程与专业结合难题之路径,也是提高体育教学质量之有效途径。从相对微观层面,探索心智主导类学生习练八段锦的可持续性影响因素和练习动力,以期克服体育技能花样繁多的干扰,化繁为简,去粗取精,学会库存取用,切割舍取,教学与职业生涯相关的体育内容,学以致用,架接学校体育通向大众体育间的桥梁。From the sorts training view, the study classifies professional posts according to the attribute of labor (movement) polymerization into groups education, which is the path to break the difficult problem of combining current vocational and technical colleges and universities sports curriculum wth students’ professionals, which is also an effective way to improve the quality of sports teaching. From a microscopic level, the paper explores the impact factors and motivation of mental leading students practicing Ba Duan Jin sustainability, in order to overcome the interference of the variety of sports skills, to simplify and discard the dross and select the essential, cutting and taking, teaching and career related sports content, learning to practice, to frame the bridge jointing school physical education and the mass sports.
