能源枯竭型城市转型问题初探

摘　　要：论述了邯郸市峰峰矿区城市转型的必然性,针对城市转型过程中存在的问题,从城市定位、发展战略、遗产保护三方面,提出了峰峰矿区资源枯竭型城市的转型建议,有利于缓解城市畸形发展的问题。The paper indicates the necessity for the urban transformation at Fengfeng mine in Handan City,and points out the transformation suggestions for the energy-depletion cities of the mine from the urban location,development strategies,and heritage conservation,so as to relieve the abnormal development of cities.
