快速康复对前交叉韧带合并侧副韧带损伤术后功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:比较前交叉韧带损伤合并侧副韧带损伤治疗后快速康复训练与保守康复训练的康复效果。方法:对80例膝关节多发韧带损伤的患者,48例为车祸伤、32例为运动伤前交叉韧带伴侧副韧带损伤,损伤两条韧带;手术方式为关节镜下膝关节前交韧带重建和侧副韧带修复术后行康复治疗,随机分为快速康复训练组(40例)和保守训练组(40例),分别用保守和快速康复训练法进行术后康复。结果:快速训练组和保守训练组膝关节稳定性体格检查均阴性。两组患者术后经过6个月的治疗和护理,康复组优良率92.5%,对照组优良率67.5%,康复组优良率明显优于对照组,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复组与保守训练组相比,疼痛轻,可以明显改善患者膝关节功能情况,康复时间短,独立生活能力强,增加了患者信心,改善患者的生活质量,提高临床治疗优良率。Objective: To compare cross rapid rehabilitation after ligament injury combined training collateral ligamentinjury treatment and rehabilitation of the conservative rehabilitation.Methods:80 patients with multiple knee ligamentinjury,48 cases of car accident injuries,sports injuries 32 cases before the cruciate ligament with ligament damage,damagetwo ligaments; surgical approach for the former Arthroscopic ligament reconstruction and post collateral ligament repairpostoperative rehabilitation were randomly divided into fast rehabilitation group (40 cases) and conservative training group(n=40),respectively,with a conservative rehabilitation and rapid method for postoperative recovery.Results:Quick traininggroup Training groups and conservative physical stability of the knee were negative.The postoperative treatment and aftercare,rehabilitation group good rate of six months was 92.5%,excellent rate of 67.5% in the control group,the rehabilitation groupwas significantly superior than the control group,a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The rapidrehabilitation training group compared with the conservative group,the pain,can significantly improve knee function in patients,therecovery time is short,independent living skills,increase the confidence of patients and improve the quality of life of patients andimprove clinical excellent rate,it is worth application.
