血液透析护理中舒适护理的具体应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的：研究分析血液透析护理中舒适护理的具体应用效果。方法：选取2013年11月～2015年11月我院实施血液透析病人60例，均符合血液透析指征，以前瞻对照的方式平均划分成常规组和舒适组，统计分析和比较两组护理效果。结果：舒适组病人舒适度评分、睡眠质量评分以及护理满意度评分均优于常规组，组间各指标对比，二者存在明显差异，P＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：在血液透析护理中运用舒适护理，可增强舒适度，有利于睡眠质量的提高，继而提高治疗护理效果和病人满意度。Objective: Study and analysis of the specific application effect of comfortable nursing in hemodialysisnursing.Methods:A total of 2013 November 2015 November in our hospital 60 cases of hemodialysis patients,are consistentwith indications of hemodialysis (hd),in a prospective comparison of average divided into routine group and comfortablegroup,statistical analysis and compared between the two groups nursing effect.Results:Patient comfort score,sleep qualityscore and nursing satisfaction scores were better than those of the conventional group,through the comparison of theindicators between the groups,there were significant differences between the two groups,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Conclusion:Comfortable nursing in hemodialysis nursing can enhance comfort,improve sleep quality,and then improve thetreatment effect and patient satisfaction.
