摘 要:目的:探索门诊管理模式及创新思路。方法:随机选取2012~2013年我院门诊满意度调查,经过规范管理后不断创新和完善门诊管理,2014~2015年我院门诊满意度调查明显提高,得到上级主管部门好评。结果:2012~2013年我院门诊满意度调查82%,2014~2015年我院门诊满意度调查98%,经过规范管理和不断创新后,我院门诊满意度明显提高,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:科学规范的管理门诊,提供优质的护理服务,才能更好的服务于患者,展现医院综合实力。Objective: To explore the clinic management and innovative ideas.Methods:Randomly selected 2012-2013 in ourhospital outpatient satisfaction surveys,after a standardized management constantly innovate and improve patient management in2014-2015 hospital outpatient satisfaction surveys improved significantly,higher authorities to give praise.Results:2012-2013 inour hospital outpatient satisfaction survey 82% in 2014-2015 outpatient satisfaction survey 98%,after a standardized managementand continuous innovation,our clinic satisfaction improved significantly,compared to the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of scientific and standardized clinic management,to provide quality care services,in order to serve thepatients better,to show the comprehensive strength of the hospital.
