血液净化在治疗急性菌中毒患者中的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨血液净化在治疗急性菌中毒患者中的疗效。方法:收治急性菌中毒患者86例,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组,每组43例,对照组进行洗胃、紧急电复律、药物抗心律失常等内科综合治疗,观察组在此基础上还采用血液净化进行深入治疗,治疗后比较、分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组抢救43例,治愈39例,死亡4例,治愈率90.7%;对照组抢救43例,治愈32例,死亡11例,治愈率74.4%,经χ2检验可知,观察组治愈率明显高于对照组(χ2=6.324,P<0.001)。结论:血液净化治疗急性菌中毒的效果较好,可提高患者的抢救成功率,降低死亡率。Objective:To discuss the curative effect of blood purification in the treatment of patients with acute fungus poisoning.Methods:86 patients with acute fungus poisoning were selected.According to treatment methods,they were divided into theobservation group and the control group with 43 cases in each.The control group were given comprehensive medical treatment,such as gastric lavage,emergency electrical conversion,drug anti arrhythmia and so on.The observation group was given bloodpurification for further treatment on this basis.After the treatment,the treatment effects of the two groups were compared andanalyzed.Results:In the observation group,43 cases were rescued;39 cases were cured;4 cases were died;the cure rate was 90.7%.In the control group,43 cases were rescued;32 cases were cured;11 cases were died;the cure rate was 74.4%.By χ2 test,the curerate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group( χ 2=6.324,P<0.001).Conclusion:Bloodpurification in the treatment of acute fungus poisoning has a good effect.It can improve the rescue success rate of patients,reducethe mortality rate.
