Objective:To investigate the application effect of propofol and lidocaine in LEEP knife treating cervical lesions.Methods:80 cases of patients with cervical lesions were divided into two groups. The two groups were given LEEP knife treatment. The control group was given propofol anesthesia. The observation group was given propofol and lidocaine anesthesia.Theanesthesia effect of the two groups was compared. Results:The awakening time of the observation group was shorter than that of thecontrol group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was betterthan that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in theobservation group, and 3 cases of adverse reactions occurred in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in theobservation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of propofol and lidocaine in LEEP knife treating cervical lesions was obvious and the analgesiceffect was good.
