桡骨远端粉碎性骨折及关节内骨折的手术治疗分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨桡骨远端粉碎性骨折及关节内骨折手术治疗的临床疗效。方法：收治桡骨远端粉碎性骨折及关节内骨折的患者60 例，麻醉方法选择臂丛神经阻滞麻醉，对骨折部位进行复位。结果：本组60 例患者经过4～10 个月的随访，根据Colles 骨折复位后功能评价标准进行评价和分析，优38 例，良20 例，可1 例，差1 例，总优良率96.7%。结论：桡骨远端粉碎性骨折及关节内骨折手术治疗的临床疗效显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment of comminuted and intra-articular fractures of thedistal radius.Methods:60 patients with comminuted and intra-articular fractures of the distal radius were selected.Brachial plexusblock anesthesia was selected as the anesthesia method,reset the fracture site.Results:After 4 to 10 months of follow-up,60patients in this group were evaluated and analyzed according to the functional evaluation criteria of Colles after fracture reduction,excellent in 38 cases,good in 20 cases,fair in 1 case and poor in 1 case,and the total fine rate was 96.7%.Conclusion:The clinicaleffect of surgical treatment of comminuted and intra-articular fractures of the distal radius is significant.
