摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术+回肠代膀胱术的护理方法。方法:收治腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术+回肠代膀胱术患者24例,实施综合性护理干预,观察护理效果。结果:护理满意度100.00%。患者术后出现漏尿等并发症,经过护理后均得到有效控制。结论:对腹腔镜下膀胱癌根治术+回肠代膀胱术患者实施综合性护理干预,有助于进一步提高临床治疗效果。Objective:To explore the nursing care of laparoscopic radical resection of bladder cancer plus replacement of bladderwith ileum.Methods:24 patients with laparoscopic radical resection of bladder cancer plus replacement of bladder with ileum wereselected.They were given comprehensive nursing intervention.We observed the nursing effect.Results:Nursing satisfaction was100.00% .Patients had postoperative complications such as leakage of urine and other complications.After care,they had beeneffectively controlled.Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with laparoscopic radicalresection of bladder cancer plus replacement of bladder with ileum can further improve the clinical treatment effect.
