摘　　要：目的:探讨老年脑卒中住院患者临床护理安全隐患和相应护理对策。方法:收治老年脑卒中住院患者88例,进行常规治疗及相关护理,总结住院期间出现的相关护理安全隐患,并提出相应护理对策。结果:88例患者中,2例出现跌倒,3例出现压疮,3例出现下肢深静脉血栓,1例出现误吸,2例出现烫伤,5例出现导管滑脱,3例出现静脉炎。结论:医护人员应当树立安全责任意识,提高自身护理质量及安全防范意识,关心患者,树立服务观念及服务意识,与患者建立良好的医患关系。Objective:To explore the hidden danger of clinical nursing and the corresponding nursing countermeasures in elderlyhospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy.Methods:88 elderly hospitalized patients with cerebral apoplexy were selected.Theywere given routine treatment and nursing.We summarized the related nursing safety hidden danger in the hospital,and put forwardthe corresponding nursing countermeasures.Results:In 88 cases,2 cases had fall;3 cases had pressure ulcers;3 cases had lowerextremity deep vein thrombosis;1 case had aspiration;2 cases had scald;5 cases had catheter slippage;3 cases had phlebitis.Conclusion:Health care workers should establish sense of safety responsibility,improve their own quality of care and safetyawareness,care about patients,establish service concept and service consciousness,establish a good doctor-patient relationship.
