农民工未参加本地城镇职工医疗保险的影响因素分析

摘　　要：基于上海市实地调查数据,运用Multinomial Logit模型,对农民工未参保的影响因素进行分析.研究发现:第一,农民工受教育水平越高,则更容易受到单位不为其缴纳医疗保险费用因素的影响.第二,患有慢性病的农民工,更倾向于选择自身不了解医疗保险因素的影响.第三,曾有过医保异地转移经历的农民工,更倾向于选择缴费标准高的因素.因此,为增强农民工参保积极性,推动长三角区域统一劳动力市场的建立,文章最后提出三点政策建议.Based on the survey data in Shanghai, using multinomial logit model, this paper carries on an analysis of the migrant work?ers’absence from the local town medical insurance. The study found that: firstly, the higher migrant workers’education level is, more easi?ly they will be influenced by the factor that employers do not buy them medical insurance; secondly, migrant workers who are sufferingfrom chronic diseases, are more likely to choose the insurance that they are unfamiliar with; thirdly, migrant workers who had the experi?ence of medicare insurance transfer are more likely to choose the high standard payment. Therefore, three proposals will be put forward inthe later part of this paper in order to enhance migrant workers are voluntarily involved in the medical insurance coverage, and to promotethe establishment of a unified labor force market in long triangle area.
