银杏叶胶囊联合奥美沙坦酯片治疗老年高血压的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察奥美沙坦酯片联合银杏叶胶囊治疗老年高血压患者的临床效果以及血压改善情况。方法:选取老年高血压患者150例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组75例,对照组单独使用奥美沙坦酯片,治疗组在对照组基础上联合使用银杏叶胶囊治疗。对比两组老年高血压患者8周后的血压控制情况以及治疗效果。结果:8周后,治疗组和对照组的24h SBP、24h DBP、d SBP、d DBP、n SBP、n DBP均较治疗前有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗8周后,治疗组24h SBP、24h DBP、d SBP、d DBP、n SBP、n DBP的血压改善水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后对比分析两组老年高血压患者治疗有效率,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为88.0%,明显优于对照组的76.0%。结论:老年高血压患者使用奥美沙坦酯片联合银杏叶胶囊治疗,能够有效控制患者血压情况,显著提高临床效果。Objective: To investigate clinical efficacy of olmesartan medoxomil tablets plus the Yinxingye capsule on elderly hypertension, and the improvement of blood pressure. Methods: 150 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, 75 cases in each group. The control group was given olmesartan medoxomil tablets only; the treatment group was treated with the Yinxingye capsule more. The blood pressure and efficacy in 8 weeks were compared. Results: In 8 weeks, 24h SBP, 24h DBP, dSBP, dDBP,nSBP, nDBP in groups were significantly improved; the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); and those in the treatment group were significantly more effective than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The total efficiency was 88.0% in the treatment group, significantly better than 76.0% in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion: Olmesartan medoxomil tablets plus the Yinxingye capsule on elderly hypertension can effectively control blood pressure and significantly improve the clinical effect.
