摘　　要：目的:观察针刺董氏奇穴、平衡针结合龙氏正骨手法综合疗法治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:将66例本病患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各33例,治疗组采用基础控制血糖治疗加针刺董氏奇穴、平衡针结合龙氏正骨手法综合疗法治疗,对照组采用基础控制血糖治疗结合常规针刺加口服弥可保片。比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.0%,对照组为51.5%。结论:针刺董氏奇穴、平衡针结合龙氏正骨手法综合疗法治疗糖尿病神经病变疗效优于西药营养神经类制剂,值得临床推广。Objective: To observe efficacy of acupuncture plus manipulation on DPN. Methods: 66 cases were divided into the treatment group and control group, 33 cases in each group. The treatment group took conventional treatment, Dong’s acupuncture, balancing acupuncture plus Long’s manipulation. The control group took conventional treatment, conventional acupuncture plus Methycobal. Results: The total efficiency was 97.0% in the treatment group, and 51.5% in the control group. Conclusion: Combining therapy was effective on DPN, and worthy of promotion.
