疏肝调心养血通络法治疗肝郁型阳痿的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝调心养血通络法治疗肝郁型阳痿的临床疗效。方法:将2013年10月-2015年10月东莞市中医院男科门诊收集的80例符合肝郁型阳痿纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。由于脱落17例,因此治疗组实际为31例,对照组为32例。治疗组予疏肝调心养血通络法自拟中药方剂化裁煎服,对照组予柴胡疏肝散煎服,两组的疗程均为90d。观察患者勃起功能国际问卷(IIEF-5)中的项目。结果:治疗组临床痊愈7例,显效9例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率为80.6%;对照组临床痊愈4例,显效9例,有效10例,无效9例,总有效率为71.9%。治疗组在改善阴茎勃起功能方面与对照组相比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝调心养血通络法治疗肝郁型阳痿有显著疗效。Objective: Clinical effects of the Shugan Tiaoxin Yangxue Tongluo therapy on the Ganyu type of impotence were observed. Methods: 80 patients from October 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, 40 cases in each. The treatment group was given the Shugan Tiaoxin Yangxue Tongluo prescription; and the control group was treated with Chaihu Shugan San. A course of treatment lasted for 90 days. The projects in the international erectile function questionnaire were observed. Results: In the treatment group, 7 cases were cured; 9 cases were obviously effective; 9 cases were effective;6 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 80.6%. In the control group, 4 cases were cured; 9 cases were obviously effective; 10 cases were effective; 9 cases were invalid; the total efficiency was 71.9%. The differences of improving erectile function between groups were significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Shugan Tiaoxin Yangxue Tongluo therapy was significantly effective on the Ganyu type of impotence.
