摘　　要：彭宪彰系成都中医药大学首批教授。彭老临床善用经方,尤其首创麻杏石甘汤治疗小儿遗尿,不仅为小儿遗尿的治疗提供了新的思路,且"古方新用",对临床常用之麻杏石甘汤进行了拓展。本文在整理彭老手稿基础上,择其有代表性医案一例,以分析彭老用方之特点。Peng Xianzhang, the professor of Chengdu university of TCM, is good at applying classic prescription in treating diseases. He’s the first man who treats infantile enuresis with the Maxing Shigan decoction, not only offers a new way for the treatment of infantile enuresis, but also expands clinical application of the Maxing Shigan decoction. In this paper, on the basis of Prof. Peng’s manuscripts, we choose his 2 representative medical records to show the characteristics by analyzing classic herbal formula.
