中医综合疗法对结节性痒疹患者生活质量影响的观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合疗法对结节性痒疹患者生活质量的影响。方法:观察结节性痒疹患者115例,治疗组59例采用中医综合疗法,对照组56例口服润燥止痒胶囊加复方氟米松软膏外涂。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.61%,优于对照组;生活质量改善情况也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗结节性痒疹可以明显改善患者的生活质量。Objective: To observe the influence of the TCM therapy on life quality of patients with prurigo nodularis. Methods: 115 patients were divided into two groups. 59 cases in the treatment group were given the TCM therapy; and 56 cases in the control group were given the Runzao Zhiyang capsules plus the compound Flumetasone ointment. Results: The total efficacy was 96.61% in the treatment group, better than that in the control group. The improvement of life quality in the treatment group also was better (P<0.05). Conclusion: The TCM therapy on prurigo nodularis could improve the quality of life.
