改良Z成形重度内眦赘皮矫治术联合切开法重睑术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的：通过改良Z字成形并同期进行切开法重睑治疗单睑合并重度内眦赘皮，并观察其疗效。方法：2012年1月-2015年6月，笔者根据Z字成形原理，应用改良内眦成形术联合重睑成形术治疗单睑合并重度内眦赘皮30例。结果:术后随访3～15个月，观察术后重睑、睑裂开大情况及瘢痕形成情况，2例内眦部皮肤瘢痕稍明显，其余均效果满意。结论：采用改良Z字成形联合重睑成形术治疗单睑合并重度内眦赘皮的患者，效果满意，稳定，简单易行，值得临床推广应用。Objective Applying modified Z - shaped plasty and double eyelid surgery simultaneously treating single eyelid combined severe epicanthus patients,observing clinical efficacy. Methods From January 2012 to June 2015, 30 patients with single eyelid and severe epicanthus were treated with modified Z - shaped plasty and double eyelid surgery simultaneously.Results Double eyelid morphology, palpebral fissure size and scar formation were observed postoperatively follow-up of 3 to 15 months, 2 patients got an obvious inner canthus scar, and the rest were satisfied. Conclusion Applying modified Z- shaped plasty and double eyelid surgery simultaneously treating single eyelid combined severe epicanthus patients had a satisfying and stable result, and also easy-operating, worthy for clinical applying.
