穴位埋线联合强脉冲光治疗炎症性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：观察穴位埋线联合强脉冲光治疗炎症性痤疮的临床疗效。方法：选取来自于门诊的痤疮患者180例，随机分为穴位埋线组、强脉冲光组、穴位埋线联合强脉冲光组，每组60例。穴位埋线组：取肺俞、血海及关元，肺俞为主穴位，交替配以关元或血海。将羊肠线埋入对应穴位皮下处，每2周埋线治疗1次；强脉冲光组：选择合适的能量密度9～13J/cm2，脉宽30～50ms，每周治疗1～2次；穴位埋线联合强脉冲光组：患者穴位埋线同时给予强脉冲光照射治疗。均连续观察8周。结果：统计8周末各组疗效，强脉冲光组治愈率和有效率高于穴位埋线组，两组间比较差异无显著性意义（P＞0.05）；穴位埋线联合强脉冲光组分别与强脉冲光组和穴位埋线组的治愈率、总有效率比较，差异有显著性意义（P＜0.01、0.05）；三组有效病例随访半年，穴位埋线组、穴位埋线联合强脉冲激光组的复发率与强脉冲激光组比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：穴位埋线联合强脉冲光治疗炎症性痤疮有显著的协同作用，且疗效稳定，不易复发。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of co-current treatment of acupoint catgut embedding and intense pulsed light on inflammatory acne. Methods 180 acne patients from clinic were recruited and randomly divided into three groupsnamed acupoint catgut embedding group, intense pulsed light and co-current treatment of acupoint catgut embedding and intense pulsed light. In acupoint catgut embedding group, feiyuis used as main acupoint coupled with either guanyuan or xuehai. Catgut was embedded at according acupointssubcutaneously. Treatment was conducted every two weeks. In intense pulsed light group, energy density was chosen at range of 9-13J/cm2 with wavelength ranging from 30-50ms. The treatment was conducted once or twice every week. In cocurrent treatment group, patients with catgut embedding were treated with intense pulse light. Therapeutic effect of each group were observed and recorded for 8 weeks. Results Therapeutic efficiency of intense pulsed light group was higher than acupoint catgut embedding group without reaching significant difference (P >0.05).However,efficiency of cocurrent treatment was significant increased than intense pulse light group and acupoint catgut embedding group with P <0.01 and 0.05, respectively. After six years follow-up, relapse rate of acupoint catgut embedding and co-current treatment were significantly different from intense pulse light group. (P <0.05) Conclusion Cocurrent treatment of acupoint catgut embedding and intense pulsed light have potent improvement on curing acne with stable and long term effect.
