摘　　要：目的:探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治疗中重度痤疮的效果及护理方法。方法:对中重度痤疮患者采用ALA-PDT治疗,并实施相应的护理措施。结果:ALA-PDT治疗48例中重度痤疮患者,痊愈17例(35.42%),显效13例(27.08%),有效16例(33.33%),总有效率为95.83%。局部灼热、疼痛感及红斑不良反应发生率100%,但无严重副作用。结论:ALA-PDT治疗中重度痤疮效果显著,局部不良反应常见,良好的护理措施在保证疗效的同时减少副作用的发生。Objective To investigate the nursing in treatment of moderate and severe acne by 5% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy (ALA-PDT). Methods The nursing was implemented to the patients with moderate and severe acne who received ALA-PDT treatment. Results 48 cases were treated by ALA-PDT. 13 cases were markedly improved (27.08%) and 16 cases were improved (33.33%). The total effective rate was 95.83%. The rate of the adverse reactions including local burning, pain and erythema was 100%. No serious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion ALA-PDT has a significant effect in the treatment of moderate and severe acne and local adverse reactions are common. Good nursing measures help to ensure the efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
