摘　　要：英国文化马克思主义通过分析当代发达资本主义消费社会的大众文化,通过对大众文化主体的反抗性潜能的肯定,来寻求适合当代社会的政治发展形式。作为马克思主义发展过程中出现的一个重要学派,英国文化马克思主义与经典马克思主义有着密不可分的关系。英国马克思主义历史学在英国文化马克思主义的总体发展过程中发挥着不可忽视的作用。从与马克思主义历史学的关系来看,它主要实现了对唯物史观原理、方法和精神的继承与发展。同时,他们继承的这些唯物史观方法具有一定的现实意义。British cultural Marxism critically inherits the method of cultural and social criticism used by Western Marxism,and affirms the resistance potential of popular culture. Its goal is to pursue a suitable political form for contemporarysociety through analyzing the popular culture in Modern developed capitalist countries especially in the consumer society.British Cultural Marxism is an important school that emerged in the process of Marxist development and is closely relatedto Classical Marxism. And British Marxist History plays a role that can not be neglected in the whole development of Brit-ish Cultural Marxism. It critically inherits the principles,methods,and spirit of historical materialism;these methods have certain realistic significances.
