摘  要:文章从世界级运动员尤塞恩·博尔特专项力量训练内容入手,探讨短距离跑的决定因素,并对博尔特腿部肌群训练与其专项训练的相关性进行分析。对博尔特100 m技术诊断,了解其优势和劣势,以便在专项训练中进行针对性训练,如注重核心肌肉群、腿部肌肉群、甚至上肢肌肉群的力量训练。从博尔特个人专项训练可知,首先,短距离跑在保持频率一定的情况下,步幅是决定成绩的关键因素之一;其次,人体是一个统一整体,在保证全身力量协同发展的基础上,重点发展动力链上的发力肌群的力量;最后,要注重神经对人体肌肉系统控制的训练。From contents of special strength training of world class athlete Usain Bolt, it is aimed at the effect of introducingthrow brick for the special training of modern athletes. In order to know the advantages and the disadvantages and with specifictraining in the special training, such as focus on the core muscles and the leg muscles, and even upper limb muscle strengthtraining, the diagnosis of 100 meters technology is needed for Bolt. We can know: firstly, holding the frequency of shortrunning in a certain range, the stride length is one of the key factors for decision results. Secondly, the human body is aunified whole, to ensure the coordinated development of the whole body strength, on the basis of the development of dynamicpower muscle group strength of the chain. Finally, it is need to pay attention to training of nerve muscle system of humanbody control from personal trainings of Bolt.
