摘　　要：本试验借助民品纺织经编机盘片用铝合金模锻件产品的良好市场前景,创造性地将434复合板废料优先使用在6070合金中,代替传统LC10合金生产铝合金盘头制品,研制出了满足盘头产品各项性能指标及内部冶金质量优良的铝合金模锻件制品,并在生产中取得了理想的效果。The test had the aid of good market foreground of aluminum alloy forgings for civilian textile warp knitting machine. Thecomposite material of 434 waste material had been used in 6070 aluminum alloy , instead of traditional aluminum alloy pan products forLD10 aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy die forgings with excellent internal organization had been produced, and the desired results inproduction had been achieved.
