摘 要:采用变极性TIG工艺对8mm厚2219铝合金进行横向焊接,研究焊接坡口形式对接头成形以及焊接频率、占空比、脉冲电流幅值差对阴极清理及钨极烧损的影响。结果表明:坡口角度为90°,钝边宽度为1~1.5mm时,只要工艺参数比配合适,横焊接头成形良好;当焊接频率为120~160Hz、占空比为75%~80%、电流幅值差值为60~80A时,钨极保护最好,烧损最小。8mm thickness of 2219 aluminum alloy was welded horizontally using variable pole TIG process. The effect of welding grooveform on joint forming and the effect of welding frequency, duty cycle and pulse current amplitude difference on cathode cleaning andtungsten electrode burning loss were researched. Results show that horizontal position welding joint forming shall be good with the grooveangle of 90 DEG, blunt edge width of 1~1.5 mm, as long as the appropriate dosing process parameters; when the welding frequency is120~160Hz, duty ratio is 75%~80%, the current amplitude difference is 60~80A, tungsten pole protection is the best and burningloss is minimum.
