摘　　要：分析了电器行业高压开关壳体用6005A管材表面存在色差的原因,并从合金化学成分优化、挤压工艺调整等方面进行了实验。结果表明:增加抑制再结晶的Mn、Cr元素在合金中的含量,并采用低温中速进行挤压,可消除管材表面缺陷,提高管材表面光洁度,增加管材耐蚀性,能够很好地解决管材表面预处理过程中的色差,满足用户的需要。Cause of color difference for 6005A pipe surface was analyzed in the paper. it was experimented from optimizing alloycomposition and improving extrusion process. The results show that the surface of coarse grain is evidently improved, the surface defectscan be eliminated and the corrosion resistance can be increased with increase of Mn, Cr content and low temperature and medium speedextrusion process, and meet the customer requirements as well.
