摘 要:本文论述了钢铁材料在经济社会发展中的重要作用和地位,分析了中国钢铁工业的发展历程与现状,论述了科技进步对产业发展的推动作用和重要意义,指出了中国钢铁工业未来发展方向。本文回顾了中国钢铁冶金工程设计的发展演变历程,分析了工程方法论与钢铁冶金工程设计方法的关系以及钢铁冶金工程设计的地位和作用,阐述了钢铁制造流程的物理本质和现代钢铁制造流程的"三大功能"。从钢铁制造流程的物理本质、特征以及动态运行的特征要素、设计方法的路径、动态-有序运行过程中的动态耦合等方面,对钢铁冶金工程设计的问题进行识别与定义。阐述了现代钢铁冶金工程的概念设计、顶层设计、动态-精准设计的方法体系,以及现代钢铁制造流程的系统集成与结构优化。This paper expounds the important role and status of steel materials in the economic and social development, analyzes the development history and current situation of China’s iron and steel industry, and discusses the important role in promoting the development of science and technology progress for steel industry, and points out the future development orientation of China’s steel industry. Also this paper reviews the development course of Chinese metallurgical engineering design evolution, analyzes the relationship between engineering methodology and metallurgical engineering design method, metallurgical engineering design status and the function,and elaborates the physical essence of steel manufacturing process and modern steel manufacturing process of the “three functions”. From the physical essence of steel manufacturing process, characteristics and dynamic operating characteristics factors, path design method, dynamic and orderly operation of dynamic coupling process,etc., the identification and definition of metallurgical engineering design problem are proposed. The methodological system of concept design, top-level design, dynamic precision design for modern iron and steel metallurgy engineering method, as well as the systematic integration of modern steel manufacturing process and structure optimization,economic and social assessment are proposed.
