摘　　要：中医治病应找准疾病的总病机,尤其是针对功能性胃肠病。功能性嗳气症的总病机为肝郁脾虚、胃气上逆,治当疏肝健脾、下气宣滞,自拟方下气宣滞饮治疗功能性嗳气症具有显著疗效。Traditional Chinese medicine treatment should identify the total pathogenesis of disease,especially for functional gastrointestinal diseases.The total pathogenesis of functional belching is stagnation of liver Qi and spleen deficiency,stomach Qi upward reversal,treatment for soothing liver and strengthening spleen and Xiaqi Xuanzhi.The self-made Xiaqi Xuanzhi Yin in the treatment of functional belching has remarkable curative effect.
