摘　　要：目的:探讨可溶性血管内皮生长因子受体1(sFlt-1)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)对子痫前期的预测价值。方法:收治轻度子痫前期孕妇20例作为观察1组,收治重度子痫前期孕妇15例作为观察2组,选择正常孕妇10例作为对照组,检测3组血清和尿液sFlt-1和VEGF水平。结果:对照组血清、尿液sFlt-1水平低于观察1组、观察2组,而观察1组血清、尿液sFlt-1水平低于观察2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。对照组血清、尿液VEGF水平高于观察1组、观察2组,而观察1组血清、尿液VEGF水平高于观察2组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:血清和尿液sFlt-1和VEGF水平与子痫前期的病情程度具有一定的相关性,可作为临床预测指标。Objective:To investigate the predictive value of soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase receptor 1 (sFlt-1) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) for preeclampsia.Method:20 cases of pregnant women with mild preeclampsia were as the observation group 1.15 cases of pregnant women with severe preeclampsia were as the observation group 2 and 10 cases of normal pregnant women were as the control group.The serum and urine levels of sFlt-1 and VEGF in the three groups were detected.Results:The serum and urine levels of sFlt-1 in the control group were lower than those in the observation group 1 and the observation group 2;the serum and urine levels of sFlt-1 in the observation group 1 were lower than those in the observation group 2;the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).The serum and urine levels of VEGF in the control group were higher than those in the observation group 1 and the observation group 2;the serum and urine levels of VEGF in the observation group 1 were higher than those in the observation group 2;the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01).Conclusion:The serum and urine levels of sFlt-1 and VEGF had a certain correlation with the severity of preeclampsia,which can be used as clinical predictors.
