摘  要:目的:探讨MRI平扫、增强及磁敏感加权成像(SWI)在诊断脑静脉畸形时的应用价值。方法:收治脑静脉畸形患者33例,分别行横断位T1WI、T2WI、DWI、增强T1WI及SWI扫描,比较诊断效果。结果:增强扫描及SWI均能完整显示全部35个病灶,T1WI显示26个病灶,T2WI显示28个病灶,DWI显示27个病灶,与增强扫描及SWI比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MRI增强扫描和SWI序列在诊断脑静脉畸形时的应用价值较高,其中SWI更具优势,可作为静脉性血管瘤的首选检查方法。Objective:To explore the application value of MRI plain scan,enhanced and susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI) in cerebral venous malformation.Methods:33 patients with cerebral venous malformation were selected.They were given cross section T1WI,T2WI,DWI,enhanced T1WI and SWI scan.We compared the diagnostic results.Results:In enhanced scan and SWI,35 lesions were fully displayed,T1WI showed 26 lesions,T2WI showed 28 lesions,DWI showed 27 lesions.Compared with the enhanced scan and SWI,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of MRI enhanced scan and SWI in cerebral venous malformation was high.Among them,SWI had more advantages.It can be used as the preferred examination method of venous hemangioma.
