摘　　要：目的:研究护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果。方法:治疗呼吸内科重症患者126例,随机分为两组。观察组给予综合护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率88.89%,对照组治疗总有效率74.60%。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预对呼吸内科重症患者的临床效果较好,能在一定程度上改善患者的病情。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of nursing intervention on patients with severe respiratory diseases.Methods: 126 cases of patients with severe respiratory disease were divided into two groups randomly.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The control group was given routine nursing.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 74.60% .The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with severe respiratory disease had better clinical effect,which could improve the patient's condition to a certain extent.
