护理干预对新生血管性青光眼患者遵医依从性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨护理干预对新生血管性青光眼患者遵医依从性的影响。方法:收治新生血管性青光眼患者74例,随机分为两组。研究组给予全程护理干预,对照组给予常规护理,比较两组遵医依从性及生活质量评分。结果:研究组护理干预后生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组护理干预后遵医依从性显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预可提高新生血管性青光眼患者的遵医依从性及生活质量。Objective:To explore the influence of nursing intervention on medical compliance of patients with neovascular glaucoma.Methods:74 cases of patients with neovascular glaucoma were divided into two groups randomly.The research group was given full nursing intervention.The control group was given conventional nursing.The medical compliance and quality of life scores in the two groups were compared.Results:The quality of life scores in the research group after nursing intervention were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The medical compliance of the research group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention could improve the medical compliance and quality of life scores in patients with neovascular glaucoma.
