摘  要:为解决1 GHz以上的大瞬时带宽信号数字化问题,基于软件无线电的思想,提出了一种宽带SAR信号直接射频采样的数字化方案.该方案以Virtex-7系列FPGA为通用平台,采用单通道采样率达3.6 GS/s的超高速模数转换器进行数据采样;采样数据经数字滤波处理后以乒乓操作方式完成高速缓存,并通过光纤传输到后级数据处理单元.实际测试表明,该数字化技术可以实现最大带宽1.4GHz SAR信号的高速采集和可靠实时传输,满足0.15 m分辨率的成像要求.In order to solve the problem of digitization of large instantaneous bandwidth signals with morethan 1 GHz, this paper presents a digital scheme for direct radio frequency sampling of wideband SAR signals. Inthis scheme, a super high-speed analog to digital converter with single channel sampling rate of 3.6 GS/s is usedfor data sampling by taking the Virtex-7 FPGA as a gerneral-purpose platform. The caching of the sampled datathat are processed by digital filtering is done by the ping-pong operating mode, and transferred to the secondarydata processing unit via the fiber transmission. Tests show that the digital technology can achieve the high-speedacquisition and reliable real-time transmission of the SAR signals with the maximum bandwidth of 1.4 GHz,meeting the imaging requirements for the resolution of 0.15 m.
